Steph Cartmel

Steph is a School Improvement Partner, Executive Coach and Education Consultant supporting and challenging leaders to drive their vision, strengthen leadership capacity and self-efficacy in their schools and businesses.

Based in the southwest of England, Steph currently works regionally, nationally and internationally. Steph facilitates NPQH and NPQEL as well as some specialist National Programmes. She also writes and delivers bespoke CPDL; courses and training events for schools. Services include online training and leadership coaching sessions.

Education Research and International Links

Impakt Education visited Perth, W.A., from March to April 2024. It was fascinating and a privilege to see the work of schools there and network with excellent colleagues. Some highlights included seeing Reggio Emilia principles in action, creative curriculum, excellence in outdoor education, sports and competitive pursuits. The arts and extra-curricular provision was inspirational too. There were so many take-aways to apply to some strategic collaborations back home in English partner schools.
