About Steph

Steph is an experienced Headteacher and Adviser who has worked in School Improvement roles for National Consortia and Local Authorities.  She has held various teaching and leadership roles and is passionate about improving schools and systems for children and young people. Steph has led Primary schools and has held advisory roles since 2001 specialising in Early Years, Secondary and Specialist sector including alternative provision and PRUs.  She is also a trained Inspector and Executive Coach and mentor. Steph is committed and motivated by working with Senior Leaders, Head teachers, Governors and CEOs for continuous improvement. She 'delivers' positively, relentlessly, with attention to detail and optimism.
